1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms for cancelling services and obtaining refunds when using the Taskorax app. By using the app, you agree to comply with this policy.


2. Car Services & Inspections

  1. Pre-Purchase Car Inspection:

    • Users may cancel the service before inspection begins for a full refund.

    • If the inspection has already started, only a partial refund is provided to cover transportation and field service, unless the car is purchased, in which case the inspection fee is deducted from the purchase cost.

  2. Car Purchase via the App:

    • After completing the purchase and payment, cancellations are subject to the seller’s or service provider’s policies.

    • Any additional fees related to cancellation or shipping are the responsibility of the user.

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the app or the support email.
