This policy outlines the terms for cancelling services and obtaining refunds when using the Taskorax app. By using the app, you agree to comply with this policy.
Pre-Purchase Car Inspection:
Users may cancel the service before inspection begins for a full refund.
If the inspection has already started, only a partial refund is provided to cover transportation and field service, unless the car is purchased, in which case the inspection fee is deducted from the purchase cost.
Car Purchase via the App:
After completing the purchase and payment, cancellations are subject to the seller’s or service provider’s policies.
Any additional fees related to cancellation or shipping are the responsibility of the user.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
After shipment, partial refunds or returns are subject to shipping and provider policies.
Any customs duties or additional shipping costs after cancellation are the user’s responsibility.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no fees.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or after the consultation has begun may not be refunded, unless approved by Taskorax management.
Free consultations or initial consultations cannot be cancelled as no payment is required.
Any task or personal assistance can be cancelled before the task starts for a full refund.
After the task has begun, only a partial refund is provided to cover the time and effort expended by Taskorax staff.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via the app or the support email.
Taskorax will review the request and notify the user of the refund or cancellation outcome within 24-48 hours.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking or purchase.
Some services involving third-party providers or shipping companies may have different cancellation policies.
Any extra fees or losses related to cancellation may be borne by the third-party service or partially by the user.
